AHNNA MCDEVITT
Born and raised in London, Ahnna grew up playing field hockey and netball with a special appreciation for teamwork and competitive sports.
Ahnna's favorite place to be is at the gym, surrounded by the best of friends she has made there. It is her dream come true to jointly create a space with Alex that they can call theirs.

SARA
(GYM MANAGER AND COACH)
Positive and encouraging with a wide range of skills, quick to listen and laugh. Focused on safety, enjoying the moment, and making people feel comfortable getting outside their comfort zones.
ZACK
(COACH)
Passionate about coaching and you'll sense that in class. He has worked with athletes young and mature from many fitness backgrounds. Focused on movement technique, consistency and intensity.
LEA
(COACH)
Lea has a degree in exercise science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist and also coaches basketball for the Santa Monica College women’s team.
MIKE
(COACH)
Mike is an overall athlete that enjoys all sports and fitness activities. By always being a leader in sports, he wanted to transfer that into being a leader in the fitness and wellness industry.
JAKE
(COACH)
Jake is in the business of making people into a better version of themselves through fitness and positivity. His undergrad is in Exercise Science, with a focus on Pedagogy. His masters is in Education. Goes without saying - he loves to coach! Jake’s been doing CrossFit 10 years, and since 2018, he’s been with Amp as a coach and member. This place and this community are close to his heart, and he’s known for showing gratitude. Even for Echo sprints.
JUVIE

Juvie is a certified trainer dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals and push their boundaries. He provides clients with an accessible and achievable path to better physical and mental health with consistent exposure to elite coaching.
Crossfit, strongman lifting, Brazilian Jujitzu are some of his favorite things to do. Learning skills and having a chance to teach them feeds my soul and keeps me connected to an ever-growing way of life.
NICK
(COACH)
Nick has always had a passion for athletics and helping others reach their potential. He is an Amp Founding Member, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and an ISSA Specialist in Strength and Conditioning.
GUS
(COACH)
Gustavo is passionate about fitness and excellence. As an ex naval officer and 13 year Crossfit veteran, fitness and nutrition became an integral part of his life early on! Now as a certified nutritionist, personal trainer, and yoga instructor, Gus aims to help others achieve excellence in their daily lives.
AMANDA
(COACH)
“Fitness and sports have been a driving force in Amanda’s life from a young age. She was a competitive figure skater for 15 years, she went on to run collegiate track & field, and then soon found CrossFit. She was an active member of AMP for 4 years before joining the coaching staff. Her love for the sport and AMP emulates through her positive energy, unwaivered encouragement for others, and her amiable smile.”
NADYA

A lifelong athlete, Nadya has tried her hand at many different disciplines: from swimming, to soccer to martial arts until she finally found her one true love(s) Weightlifting and CrossFit in 2014. She is passionate about making snatching and clean&jerking as easy to understand as possible. She is a USA Weightlifting L1 coach.
ASHLEY
(COACH)
Ashley grew up competitive gymnast in New Jersey and began a career in fitness in 2015. She’s worn many hats in the fitness world across various modalities, from coach to head coach, manager, captain, and small business owner. Ashley got hooked at Amp as a member in May 2023 and as a coach in June 2024. In addition to Amp and any WOD that includes devils’ presses and double unders, she enjoys muay thai boxing, stretch therapy, and handstand practice
