WHAT WE OFFER
ONE ON ONE
We offer bespoke one on one training. We believe in the power of the group but if you prefer to be solo, we have you covered. Expert coaches can design training sessions to fit your exact needs and hit the goals you give us.
This includes one on one personal training sessions plus nutrition and lifestyle coaching so you are on point inside and outside of the gym.
STRENGTH CLASS
All strength based. Aimed to get you stronger, looking better and prevent injuries. Perfect for everyone from beginners in the gym to experienced athletes. Hitting big compound lifts early in the week and then accessory work targeting specific muscle groups later in the week. No cardio!
RECOVERY
Mobility
Stretching and myofascial release. Aimed to loosen you up and help with recovery from main classes.
Hot / cold therapy
Our new facility has partnered with Icepass to provide sauna and cold plunge options to help recover from gym sessions and improve all round wellness.
COMPETITION
We believe competition is healthy - with both, one another and yourself. It’s not something to be scared of, it’s what helps drive you forward. If you are exercising regularly, you should also be recording your results. This allows you to measure your progress and re-assess it on a regular basis.
We also host and enter into fitness competitions to build community and test ourselves regularly.
HYBRID
Our original class combining strength and conditioning. Aimed to get you fitter, faster, stronger this class takes you through strength cycles hitting all body parts over the course of a week and touches all energy systems in the workouts. Fundamentals based on athletic development, we track our performance in each class and the results take care of themselves.
BARBELL
Linked in with the strength class but with focus on Olympic lifting. Drilling technique of the clean + jerk and snatch. Great for everyone whether you’re just learning the lifts or searching for new PRs.
RUN CLUB
Weekly on Tuesdays. Helping people add running into their workouts and building towards certain race days. Forming a run club that all support each other at races and bringing the Amp social aspect to it.
FACILITY
We have launched our brand new 7000 indoor / outdoor fitness center. Like nothing else in the area. World class training options, top end changing / shower facilities and a state of the art recovery area.
