what we offer

Workout

Our workout involves functional movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, barbells and gymnastic strength. We have selected cardio machines that we believe work you the hardest and continue to challenge you. The workouts and sessions will constantly vary and there will always be goals and targets for you to achieve

 

facilities

We’ve focused on building a high end gym; a space that really has an impact on members as they walk in. Brand new equipment, spacious community area and excellent changing facilities. We want the space to become a second home for our members. Our studio has what we call “walls of cardio” lined with different cardio machines and a pull up rig

Competition

We believe competition is healthy - with both, one another and yourself. It’s not something to be scared of, it’s what helps drive you forward. If you are exercising regularly, you should also be recording your results. This allows you to measure your progress and re-assess it on a regular basis

We are creating a place with a strong community at it’s heart. In the gym the power of a strong group accelerates results. You become accountable to one another. Everyone pushes together and you don’t want to let each other down in a workout. These friendships will extend outside of the gym and help enhance your life in all areas

Good nutrition is just as important as getting your workout in. We believe in a healthy approach to nutrition. Many people have developed a bad relationship with food and drink, and we want to change that. Many people have tried various diets that haven’t lasted. We want to provide a platform to make lasting changes by forming good habits that last forever
